I had some jobs done in the house recently and I am very happy with the work carried out. Derek, was reliable and friendly and I would use his services again.

Had a situation with supposed earth problems.
Made an appointment with Derek for Beckley Electrical and he did a thorough and complete check of all circuits and systems, luckily no problems.
I also asked for help on several other subjects which he answered and gave really good advice.
Totally friendly and approachable guy and would thoroughly recommend the company.
I decided to have the whole upstairs lighting system replaced with more modern wiring.
On the day, Derek and Nathan completed everything I needed, including some extra switches etc that were really useful, gave some advice for the future and hoovered everywhere they’d been working.

Derek was efficient and friendly in sorting a list of random electrical jobs needed in the house as well as a full room refit.

Called out to fix a light that kept blowing the fuse box. Derek was on time, polite and cheerful, explained the problem, temporarily fixed it, subsequent comms with office over ordering parts were quick and sensible. Returned to complete the fix this week - on time and to budget. Very good.

Derek was unavoidably delayed on a couple of occasions but always kept me fully informed. He carried out the work cheerfully to my complete satisfaction and I would have no hesitation in employing him again.
